Research Interests

The application of isotope geochemistry to problems in environmental geochemistry, paleoceanography and paleoclimatology, economic geology, metamorphic and igneous petrology.  Kinetics of mineral growth and metamorphic reactions.  Evolution of metamorphic belts.  Genesis of MVT deposits.  Fluid\rock interaction and the behavior of isotopes.  Petrogenesis of silicic magmas.  Geochemical and isotopic records of weathering and climate.  Application of isotopic techniques to monitoring environmental remediation. Techniques of isotopic measurement using MC-ICPMS and TIMS. Geochronology.
