Cancellation Policy: Refunds on the conference registration fee can be obtained through November 3, 2008. Please apply to . Note: an administrative fee of $75.00 will be charged on all refunds.

Course participation is limited to 20 persons. Participation will be on a first come, first available bases. A total of 15 PCs are available in the training facility. Some participants may be asked to share a PC by two. Participants are welcome to bring their own laptops.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days. There will also be a dinner for all participants on Thursday, December 4.
