Subcommand

Description
This command identifies the number of lines to be skipped before reading data. Data reading starts nskip+1 lines after the command line >>>> DATA, or on the (nskip+1)-th line of the data file (see command >>>> DATA).

Example
> OBSERVATION
>> TEMPERATURE
>>> ELEMENTS: ELM_10 + 4
>>>> SKIP: 3 lines before reading data
>>>> DATA [HOURS]
