Creative Communications Group

The Communications Group serves the Earth Sciences Division and affiliated research partners to tell the story of our science in print and online. Our highly experienced staff fulfills a wide variety of communications services including creating and optimizing technical illustrations and graphics, writing and editing documents and reports, designing and maintaining websites, and building and deploying web applications. While some activities are covered under operational overhead, specialized work is charged back to ESD departments, programs, and projects.

The group also maintains the ESD logo and ESD branded poster and presentation templates. Other creative services that are not supplied within the Division can be coordinated through LBNL's Creative Services Office (CSO).
