Performance reviews, which are written employee evaluations regarding performance and expecations for a given year, are an important part of the Performance and Career Management Process (PMP). The PMP is designed to encourage ongoing supervisor and employee performance conversations, clarify goals and expectations, and place greater emphasis on career development.
